Upon hire, a comprehensive on-boarding process helps new leaders acclimate to our systems, programs, and culture. More specifically, all Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Rehab Program Managers, and Region and Division leaders are required to attend Leadership Orientation. This in-depth orientation is designed to ultimately familiarize these new leaders with our leadership philosophy and business strategy.
