More specifically, all Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Rehab Program Managers, and Region and Division leaders are required to attend Leadership Orientation. This in-depth orientation is designed to ultimately familiarize these new leaders with our leadership philosophy and business strategy.
